The Teams Meeting button should appear in the Outlook for Mac ribbon if Outlook is running Production Build 16.20 and later. In Outlook, on the File tab, select Options. If you do not see the button right away, try restarting your computer. When it opened again, the look of the toolbar will be slightly different and you should see the Teams Meeting button in Calendar invitations. Try Enabling the same and restart Outlook and Teams Application and see if this fixes the issue. Open Outlook > Options > Add-in > Last Option Manage > Drop Down > Disable Add-In > Check if Microsoft Teams Add-in for Office is in disabled state.

For Exchange requirements, see How Exchange and Teams interact. Ensure that you have at least one Exchange mailbox configured in your Outlook profile and use it to schedule Teams meetings with the add-in. Non-DDS supported customers need to check and upgrade their Outlook software. The Teams Meeting add-in requires an Exchange mailbox for the primary user scheduling the meeting.
To fix, DDS customers can run an uninstall script to remove the volume license and activate an Office 365 instance.
